Were there to be no support in the whole history of ethical and moral thought, were there no acknowledged confirmation from medical science, were the history of legal opinion to the contrary, we would still have to conclude on the basis of God's Holy Word that the unborn child is a person in the sight of God. He is protected by the sanctity of life graciously given to each individual by the Creator, Who alone places His image upon man and grants them any right to life which they have.

The child nutrition bill was signed into law by President Obama Monday morning, capping months of advocacy by the first lady as part of her efforts to reduce childhood obesity.

My personal opinion is that government should stay out of our lives! Parents are given God's graces to raise their children and are answerable to the Almighty for how they raise their children, not the government! Besides the government is only interested in saving money and they will NOT provide proper nourishment for our children and may even cause their death. When I was a child we received milk and some other nourishment in public school. Guess who stopped that? Government! Too expensive to feed the children because they had to give themselves a fat raise!!! I'm fed up with the government interfering in our lives. What about you?
